Great Location In Ogunquit!

Nestled in the Eastwind Village is our second home. This property is a duplex cottage located just off of Rt. 1 near the Lobster Pound restaurant. Footbridge Beach is a 1/2 mile walk, and the Center of town is 3/4 of a mile. Additionally there is a Trolley Stop right near our house that makes it easy to get to the beach or anywhere around town. The space After a nice day at the beach, come home to relax in the private wooded back yard with lots of shade under the pine trees. There is a propane fireplace & BBQ grill for guests enjoyment. Central-Air conditioning & Heat to keep you comfortable in any season. There are 2 studio units in this duplex. Both have an open floor plan. This rental is for 1 unit, but if you're traveling with friends and would like to rent both, please contact me about availability. Each is completely separated and has its own full kitchen, private bathroom, living room and dining room with all standard amenities. There is a pull out queen size sofa with memory foam mattress in the living room. (outdoor amenities are shared) There are new 50' Flat Screen TV's mounted in each living room. Free Wifi is also available. Both Kitchens are well equipped, with Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, dishes, pots & pans etc. There are 2 parking places on each side and limited additional guest parking based on availability. We believe our rental rates are very low for Ogunquit considering the quality of this property. We are building relationships with guests here in Maine for many years to come. We want to ensure we are fully rented, which is why we are offering these rates. If you rented from previous owners, you will find we have made many improvements, such as new bedding, flat screen TV's, Digital Keyless Entry, Fee Wi-Fi, and much more. WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS - This is a violation of our association by-laws and therefore non negotiable. Certified Service Animals to assist handicapped guests are allowed with approved documentation of course. Local ordinances prohibit us from changing over guest more than once in a seven day period. We can sometimes accommodate shorter rentals, but since we cannot rent to another guest during that time, there may be a surcharge only during peak season.
