A side roof terrace for air drying and two side balconies. Located just 3 minutes to St. George's Beach and a 4 minute walk to the greatest entertainment and nightlife core in Malta namely Paceville. No rental car is necessary, as public bus transport to places all around Malta is within a short walk from this accommodation. This holiday accommodation is an all-seasonal best place to stay in central and lively Malta. Sleeping availability is as follows: 2 king size beds in bedrooms, 1 king size sofa-bed in lounge area, 2 single bunk beds in bedroom, 1 single sofa bed in study. 9 adults total. The kitchen is fully equipped with a brand new oven and stove hob with 5 burners, a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, full size freestanding fridge/freezer, caffetierre, toaster, kettle including numerous gadgets, all crockery & cutlery. An additional mini fridge/freezer is upstairs on roof garden level. You will not find a better luxurious holiday rental that sleeps up-to 9 guests anywhere nearer to Paceville than this !! Not to be missed !!! Guest access Guests have private access to the entire building. Self check in and check out. Flexible hosting service. The entrance door is just a few steps at street level into the property's own front patio. Intercom with monitor is also handy for any friend arrivals. Internal staircase leads to first level and another internal staircase leads to the next level. The entire maisonette is private and for the sole use of our booked guests. A keycode box is located at the front door. The code will be given to the guests via the host, prior to their arrival. Street parking always available. Other things to note Airport van transfers for large groups from and to airport is available. Just ask Charlene for this service. Highly advised to avoid driver not finding the property. After use BBQ needs to be cleared to avoid unnecessary additional fees. Charcoal or wood is not supplied. This accommodation is located in a very safe and welcoming neighbourhood and it is suggested that noise levels are kept at-least decent. Other lodging in the core of Paceville's nightclub village do not offer security nor quiet restful nights. Ample smoking areas include the 2 roof top terraces, two balconies, and the front patio. A government environment tax is to be left in the lodging before your departure. The rate of 0.50 cents per adult per night is to be paid please. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host.
