Welcome to our modern and cozy apartment with a private 50 m² rooftop terrace. Our apartment is located in the midst of a picturesque environment, surrounded by stunning nature and the amenities of rural life right at the entrance to Mettingen. The idyllic location offers you peace and quiet, while at the same time you are close to the village center as well as the surrounding towns of Ibbenbüren and Osnabrück. The space The apartment is 89 m² and very spacious. With a large and a small bedroom, it can accommodate 4 people. The large bathroom is right behind the small bedroom. We have furnished every single room with a lot of love for detail. When choosing the furniture and decoration, we tried to coordinate everything. Guest access You can reach the apartment via Recker Straße. Parking is right in front of the house. An approx. 20 m long path then leads through the garden to the main entrance under the large terrace. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. The historic staircase then leads into your modern apartment. Other things to note Please follow the house rules: 1. Visits / Visitors are not allowed 2. The booked number of guest is not allowed to be exceeded. 3. Parties and any kind of loud activities are not allowed 4. Night silence: 10 p.m. - 6 a.m. 5. Smoking in the apartment ist not allowed. Only outside.
