You will be given a unique access code before check-in to our keyless entry. Other things to note BUGS & CRITTERS We perform regular pest control and take great care to maintain a clean home. However, Florida’s warm, humid climate (especially near water) means you may occasionally see a lizard, palmetto bug, or a few ants inside. These critters are mostly harmless and simply part of the tropical environment we love here. Pro Tip: Keeping doors closed when entering or exiting will go a long way in keeping bugs out. ⸻ THE POOL Our pool is heated to a comfortable 85°F during the winter months and operates on a 12-hour daily cycle, automatically turning off at a set time. Due to the surrounding trees and tropical landscaping, some leaves in the pool are inevitable. While we have professional pool service once a week, we also provide a net for guests to use between cleanings. By booking this home, guests acknowledge that leaves and debris in the pool are out of our control, and no discounts or refunds will be issued for this natural occurrence. Safety Note: The pool is ungated and reaches a depth of 8 feet. Children must be supervised at all times. Guests accept full responsibility for use of the pool and agree it is at their own risk. The owner is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses during your stay. ⸻ FIRE PIT Our propane fire pit is a cozy spot to gather or roast s’mores under the stars. Please supervise children and always follow safety precautions. Be sure to turn off the propane valve completely after each use, especially before going to bed. By using the fire pit, guests agree to do so at their own risk. The property owner is not responsible for any accidents. ⸻ EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT If you’re interested in early check-in or late check-out, please let us know as soon as possible. If we don’t have a same-day booking and our cleaners can accommodate, we’re happy to offer up to 2 extra hours. ⸻ GENERAL MAINTENANCE Routine maintenance such as lawn care or pool service may occur during your stay.
