Guest access Guest access to every room in the house. Some cabinets may remain locked with some of the owner's personal belongings. Other things to note - This space allows for Self check-in and self checkout, allowing the guest to access the listing independently. - Check-in: As of 3 p.m. - Check-out: until 11h. - For spaces that have self check-in, if the host needs to travel to assist the guest at the property, there will be a convenience fee of R$ 50.00 until 10 p.m. and R$ 100.00 after 10 p.m. - The entrance of guests and/or visitors who exceed the capacity of the property and who are not registered in the reservation is prohibited. - No smoking inside the house. Non-compliance will be subject to the payment of an extra cleaning fee and any expenses for deodorizing the environment. - We accept pets, limited to 2 small to medium-sized animals or 1 large animal, upon prior notice to the host. (Subject to an additional cleaning fee) - Parties and loud sound are strictly prohibited, subject to fine. - Quiet hour: 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. The cleaning fee included in your reservation is only held at checkout. If the guest wants additional cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. - Excess of dirt, dirty dishes and stains that are difficult to remove on the towels and bedding will be charged additional fee if cleaning and replacement of damaged items. - One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom, plus sheets and pillows for the number of guests indicated are available. The bath towels provided are for exclusive use inside the apartment, and it is forbidden to use them in the pool or on the beach. Linen changes can be requested for an additional fee. - The bath towels provided are for use inside the accommodation. Do not use on the beach (tanning oil stains are difficult to remove and will result in a charge for replacing the damaged item). - For long-term stays of more than 27 days, energy consumption will be charged (with initial and final reading on the energy clock). An additional cleaning fee will also be charged for a new cleaning at the property and changing of bedding and towels during the period. - Before check-in, we ask you to send guest documentation to confirm your details. This procedure is mandatory in accordance with national legislation and aims to ensure the safety of all.
