*La Casa de Luz, Cabo Polonio - A Refuge for the Soul* Cozy house on 2 floors and ocean views in the heart of Playa Sur de Cabo Polonio. Suitable for 4-5 people, it has 2 separate rooms, a large kitchen, living room, bathroom, upstairs terrace, outdoor deck with hammocks, fire pit, table and chairs. The space The house is sustainable, we store rain water and collect energy with solar panels and batteries. We have hot water, oven and gas stove, wood-burning fireplace, fridge with freezer and power outlets to charge electronic devices. It is ideal for couples, friends or solo travelers looking for a warm, magical and intimate place with special attention to detail. Enjoyable at all times of the year, near the beach and the village, where in season there are excellent gastronomic proposals. The house consists of 2 floors and an indoor space of approximately 50 m2, in addition to an outdoor deck with hammocks, table, chairs and grill on the ground floor, and a large terrace on the upper floor. -Ground floor: It is a single room with kitchen, bathroom, living room and a room with double bed and mosquito net. -High floor plan: it has a double bed, closets, and an auxiliary mattress of a square, as well as a large terrace with ocean views. Equipment: The house has sheets and bath towels, toiletries, cooking basics, umbrella and beach chairs. Access to Cabo Polonio: To access the house you must leave your vehicle in the parking lot of the Cape Outdoor Terminal at kilometer 264 on Route 10. There you can buy check-in and check-out tickets to enter the ATV truck enabled for visitors. (Tickets are only purchased at the terminal ticket office.) This truck takes you down the dunes and pine mount to the Indoor Terminal on an approximately 40-minute adventure. When you get to the Indoor Terminal you have a path of approximately 200 meters until you reach our house.
