Bedroom 1 There is a luxurious king size bed in the main room, with a private balcony to escape and relax. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom has bunk beds (1 double bed on the bottom bunk and 1 single bed on the top bunk). Additional Sleeping Area There is also a fold-out sofa bed in the living room (double bed) Dining Area The dining area has 4 person dining table and 2 extra chairs on the adjacent balcony for convenience. Bathroom After a day of exploring the beach or soaking up the sun, unwind in the stylishly appointed bathroom, complete with a luxurious shower and all the amenities you need to pamper yourself. Free Off-Street Parking For those arriving by car, rest assured that parking will be a breeze with free parking for two (2) vehicles, 1 under a carport, 1 uncovered. Parking is tandem (front to back) and able to fit SUVs and 4-wheels drives. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home plus exclusive use of 2 off-street parking spaces, tandem (front to back with 1 covered space under a carport). Other things to note Perfectly located to explore all the Northern Beaches has to offer with access to several surfing and swimming beaches including Manly, Freshwater, Curl-Curl and Dee Why. Still you are only 25 minutes to the Opera House and city. B-line express busses are available within a 5-minute walk that go straight to the city. Or take a Manly Ferry directly to Circular Quay. Manly Warringah War Memorial State Park - known as Manly Dam, is only 5 minutes away and is great for picnics by the water, bushland exploring and is popular for mountain biking and water skiing. Another amazing place is Sydney Harbour National Park, (only 15 minutes away) which has the Q Station (old quarantine station with a very interesting history) and North Head, which is a spectacular view over all of Sydney Harbour. There is a cafe with a great view and nice treats. We are also within 5 minutes of 2 beautiful golf courses - Manly Golf Course and Warringah Golf Club. We also have numerous bush walks including the Manly to Spit Bridge walk, the Dee Why to Curl-Curl walk and the Northern Beaches Coastal walk that stretches from Manly to Palm Beach. Only a 2 min drive or 15 min walk is Manly Andrew Boy Charlton Aquatic Centre, which has several swimming pools, an indoor children's water Play area with water fountains and sprinklers galore. It also has state of the art fitness equipment a spa, sauna and steam room. There is also a cafe on site. Here are our best recommendations for you: * Coles and Liquorland is just next door on Koorala Street (easy walking distance). * 5-minute drive or roughly a 30-minute walk to Manly Beach, where you can find many local restaurants, pubs and bars. * Belgrave Cartel (cool breakfast place for eggs benedict and Mick's mafia - trust me! Also, amazing margaritas and dinner menu is great, DJ on Sat) * Kazzi Beach Greek (great Greek! lamb and chicken skewers, chips and greek salad, honey and oregano haloumi) * Hotel Steyne Pub (great pub food, drinks and good vibes) * Hugos (Great water views at the Manly Wharf, great food and cocktails) * Wharf Bar (great seafood pasta, woodfired pizza, steaks!) * Garfish (nice upscale seafood restaurant, great wine and desserts and sunset views) * Boathouse restaurant in Shelley Beach (for some of the best fish and chips!) * Close to Freshwater, another great beach and locals hangout with lots of local restaurants and pubs around. * Palm Beach - you should definitely check it out, amazing beach with gold sand, nice cafes on the beach, great long walk, kayaking available. Dune cafe by the beach great atmosphere friendly staff. It is only 45 min drive and well worth it. Manly fast ferry takes 20mins to Circular Quay and Opera House.
