The house was built by my parents in the 1980s. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near the city, surrounded by family houses, gardens and quiet streets. The accommodation is on the ground floor of the house from where there is a very nice view of Gorjanci. There is quite a bit of natural light, the space looks bright and spacious throughout the year. There are: 2 rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a spacious hallway. There is also a store nearby. The price is for 2 guests. You'll love it and you'll love coming back. The space Very suitable for athletes. Our family is also very sporty, so sport is very important to us. Next to the accommodation (house) there is a sports field (basketball, football, children's playground). For the sports equipment we offer and the use of sports props, there is a surcharge of €10 per day - fitness room. There is a surcharge of €10/day for bike rental. By agreement, we also offer transportation. Guest access Guest access is arranged and is completely separate from the other entrances to the house. The guest gets their own key. Parking is available next to the house. The street where the accommodation is located is a dead end and is not busy. Other things to note Please note that the tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid upon arrival (2.50 EUR per night per adult). Other notes: Free parking is available at our accommodation. TV is available. High-speed internet (wireless) is available. There is also a city bus to the center of Novo mesto. Follow city rules for waste separation and recycling. When you leave, take the garbage to the garbage cans located within the accommodation. As a tenant, you are alone in the rental premises and have guaranteed privacy.
