Hi and welcome to the sweet cabin life! Nestled in the beautiful mountains of Brian Head Utah, our cabin boasts 4100 square feet of comfortable living for your stay. Equipped with 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, private hot tub, and a beautiful wrap-around deck to enjoy the view. Cozy wood burning fireplaces. Enjoy the beautiful master suite with a gas burning fireplace on its own level with a beautiful loft overlooking the entire main floor. We have a snowcat available for your use for $145 per stay. The space ** WE DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR HOLIDAYS - SAME RATE EVERYDAY** Cabin is equipped with two Xbox units (one on each floor) as well as a Wii gaming system. Kids and adults alike can enjoy the Stiga ping pong table as well as a two-basketball hoop game to challenge each other for family fun. We are located just minutes away from the ski lifts. Each bedroom, bathroom, and living areas have its own heater and thermostat so guests can enjoy their personal preference for desired heat. Master bedroom has 1 king bed; loft has a fold-out futon and a full-size bed with a twin-size bunk bed above; both main floor bedrooms have 1 queen size bed; basement bedroom #1 has king size; basement bedroom #2 has a full-size lower bunk bed with a twin-size bunk above the full-size and a separate twin size bed. Beds can reasonably sleep 16 people. Couches, as well as some pull-out mattresses in the basement closet can accommodate several more people as necessary. Guest access You are welcome to use the entire property, but we ask that you keep out of both garages unless instructed to do so by the host. Other things to note A few important things to know: 1) The water supplying this beautiful cabin comes from on-site water storage tanks and we ask that all guests minimize their water usage to conserve as much as possible. Our water tanks are not easily refillable in the wintertime and thus why we ask to conserve water as best as possible so that it can last for the 4-6 months of use before refilling is necessary. 2) We provide plenty of individual bottles of store purchased drinking water onsite to use for consumption for drinking and cooking. A 5-gallon water dispenser for drinking and cooking water is also freely accessible in the kitchen. 3) Warm-up and relax in the hot tub from those long days out skiing, snowmobiling, mountain biking, hiking, and from all the activities you will do. 4) We do have satellite internet available here at no extra charge. While it is reliable most of the time inclement weather can impact connection speed and connectivity. 5) We have an Argo snowcat that can transport around 4-6 people to and from the cabin at a time. We do allow access to this machine for a $145 per stay (1-5 nights), and $290 per stay (6-10 nights). 6) Road Access: During the winter months (Mid-Late November through Late April and of course dependent on the weather) the cabin is not accessible by standard vehicles. It will require that you use a snowmobile or a snowcat (ideally) to reach the property. While it is very close to the main road of Brian Head this road is not plowed but it is groomed, and the route is marked on a regular basis. 7) We unfortunately do not have an available washer/dryer for use at the cabin due to the limited water storage onsite. We apologize for any inconvenience.
