From all the rooms you can enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding nature. The climate we enjoy allows adequate rest without the need for air conditioners. The space 30 m2 apartment ideal for 2 people on the ground floor with semi-independent entrance, composed of living room/kitchen, small hallway, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double bed. Possibility of a 1-seater sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is located on the ground floor with entrance directly from the garden, a few meters from the lake and fantastic walks both on foot and by bicycle. Near the town we can find a small grocery store and a bar, about 3 kilometers away there is a pharmacy and other food services. Upon request, it is possible to accommodate our faithful 4-legged friend - maximum 1 medium/small size Guest access Guests can take advantage of free internal parking, a garage for mountain bike storage, a large garden with tables and chairs, and a swing for the little ones. Their needs must be collected using a special shovel and bag with which the owners are obliged to be equipped in order to restore the hygiene of the place.
