Cottonwood Koti • Renovated Gem, Steps to Downtown

Enjoy your stay at our newly renovated early 1900’s home, nestled in the heart of Biwabik. Located 1 block from the adorable Main Street, you’re mere steps to restaurants, bars, grocery store and more. Hop on the Mesabi bike trail, or take a short drive to Giants Ridge, lakes, beaches, shops and attractions. If staying in is more your style, the home is equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal, enjoy a fire on the deck, play games, cozy up to watch a movie and more. The space Welcome to the Cottonwood Koti! After dropping your shoes and coats in the front porch, you'll enter the large living room with smart TV, comfortable furniture, and drawers stocked with books, games, and puzzles both for adults and the little ones! Off the living room is a large dining room with a table that seats 6. Through the dining room you'll enter a well equipped kitchen big enough to dance in. Pour yourself a cup of coffee or glass of wine and head through the back door to the cozy private deck. Watch the sun set behind the trees while staying warm by the crackling fire. Back in the home, off the dining room you'll find the "bedroom wing." Both bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds with extra blankets and pillows, and a closet to tuck your clothes and luggage away in. The main bedroom has an attached bathroom with walk-in shower. Just down the hall, past the full bathroom, you’ll find the second inviting bedroom that includes a dedicated, private work space. Guest access The entire main level of the home is all yours. The basement is the only area we ask guests not to enter. Other things to note You’re on vacation, so don’t worry about a list of things to clean before you check out. We ask that you are respectful and tidy, and to leave the cleaning to us! Yes, the floors have humps and dips, and things seem out of square. This house has been through A LOT over the last century, and through the renovation process, we had to learn to work with it! We've grown to love it’s quirks and we hope you do too!
