The charming country house - villa captivates with its beautiful location in a quiet courtyard, just 700 meters from the nature beach. The living space of 205m ² is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 8 persons. The space On the ground floor is the spacious living/dining area with fireplace lounge and access to the south-facing terrace with large garden. You can enjoy the sun or conjure up a few treats on the gas grill. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen offers, among other things, a 5 ceramic hob plate, oven, side by side fridge, microwave and plenty of dishes. Upstairs there is a bedroom, a shower room, a fireplace room with smart TV and sofa bed. There is also the master bedroom on the upper floor, from which you can access one of the 2 balconies. The master bedroom leads to the dressing room with sofa bed and the master bathroom. Here you can experience the imposing effect of the corner hot tub, two columned washbasins, crystal mirrors, large shower and marble flooring in artisanal workmanship. A short staircase leads to the fully developed attic(which can only be used in summer), where in addition to a toilet with sink, there are 2 other bedrooms with a double bed available. The large garden invites you to relax and play and has enough space for the whole family. A barrel sauna completes the offer. Bedding and towels are not included.
