There is always street parking near the house. The nearest supermarket is about 150 meters away and the nearest beach is about 3 km away. If you are looking for a quiet apartment with everything close by, this is the ideal one. The space The 60-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached house, which is accessed by going down a ramp. It has a large room with a double bed. The bathroom is very spacious with a large shower and bidet, it also has natural light and ventilation. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a stove, and a microwave and offers you the opportunity to prepare your own meals. The living room is part of the same room, as well as the dining area. Outside there is a spacious private terrace with table and chairs where you can eat or just have a glass of wine. An umbrella is available upon request. There are many parking spaces on the street outside the house so you never have to worry about driving around looking for one. A short distance from the house (150 meters) there is a supermarket where you can buy what you need. Although the location of this house is strategic, it is advisable to rent a car to see the island and all the fantastic places it offers. You won't have to worry about finding parking as there is always some on the street itself. If you don't want to have an auto, there is a bus stop quite close by. Other things to note I hope you like animals as there are two dogs that live with us, it is very possible that they will come to greet you when you enter the main property.
