No Steps Midtown Loft

Welcome to our no steps loft! Whether for vacation or business travel, if you are looking for a unique lodging experience, unlike a typical house or apartment but still very cool and in a great neighborhood, this may be it! This is a totally renovated commercial building converted to a loft style living space. The space is warm and inviting with lots of natural light to make you feel right at home. There is easy access to the entire space with no steps and parking at the door. The space There is an open floor plan with 10-1/2 foot ceilings, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and laundry room. The entire space was updated with a down to the studs renovation. The kitchen has maple cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless appliances, mood lighting, and a 3’ x 7’ island with seating for 4. There are lots of kitchen amenities (crock pot, mixer, waffle maker, chopper, Keurig and regular coffee makers, ice maker, bakeware, cocktail glassware) if you like to cook. The main floor laundry has a high efficiency front load washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have dressers and a sitting area. There is a second television with built in DVD player in the master bedroom . Our family has had the place for over 30 years. The building was built in 1920 as a lace curtain laundry. There is a cottage style Phillips 66 gas station built in 1930 on the same lot. There is a private fenced outdoor patio area between the two buildings and ample off street parking. If there is anything you need to make your stay more comfortable, we are in the neighborhood! Guest access You will have access to the entire space except the basement. Other things to note Because this was previously a commercial property, there is no grass yard space. There can also be traffic noise at times.
