Large 260 m² gîte for 10 people with pool. Spacious and quiet, the gîte is the perfect place to meet up with family, 30 minutes from the seaside. Accessible to people with disabilities (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets on the ground floor). The ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Both bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers without threshold, transfer bar and shower chair. Guide dogs welcome. Free WiFi connection. The space The Gîte du Pigeonnier is very spacious, you will access it through a 20 m² entrance. It serves, on the right, the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. On the left of the entrance, you can discover a long corridor serving the living spaces. In order, you will find the first bedroom, a shower room, a toilet, the small living room then the large living room and the kitchen/dining room. It gives access to the terrace, the swimming pool (unheated) and the 1000 m² plot. The five bedrooms have two 80*200 or 90*200 cm beds. ------------------------------------------- The shops of the village, 500 meters from the gîte, can be reached on foot: bakery, tobacconist, banks, pharmacy, supermarket, doctor's office and street vendors (fishmonger and pizzeria). You can also go to the lake near the castle. The water body is equipped with children's games and picnic tables. You can fish there by buying a card in the shops. Guest access Three parking spaces are reserved for you in the courtyard of the vacation rental. By parking at the back, it is possible to accommodate more vehicles. Free parking is also available on the street or in the church square, a few meters away.
