Large cottage of 260 m² for 10 people with pool. Spacious and quiet, the cottage is the ideal place to gather as a family, 30 minutes from the seaside. Accessible to people with disabilities (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets on the ground floor). The ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Both bathrooms are equipped with no threshold walk-in showers, transfer bar and shower chair. Guide dogs welcome. Free WiFi Connection. The space The Gîte du Pigeonnier is very spacious, you will access it through a 20 sqm entrance. It serves, on the right, the night part composed of two bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet. On the left of the entrance, you can experience a long hallway serving the living spaces. In order, you will find the first bedroom, a shower room, a toilet, the small living room then the large living room and kitchen /dining room. It gives access to the terrace, the swimming pool (not heated) and the 1000 m² grounds. The five bedrooms are with two 80*200 or 90*200 cm beds. ------------------------------------------- The shops of the village, 500 meters from the cottage, can be reached on foot: bakery, tobacco press, banks, pharmacy, supermarket, doctor's office and street shops (fishmonger and pizzeria). You can also go to the body of water near the castle. The water body is equipped with children's games and picnic tables. You can fish there by buying a card in the shops. You can discover the city through its many bike paths. 33 km - Bretignolles-sur-mer: Sauzaie beach, the Vendée Miniature museum, a beautiful corniche and beautiful beaches bordered by marked trails and bike paths. Guest access Three parking spaces are reserved for you in the courtyard of the cottage. By parking well at the back, it is possible to accommodate more vehicles. You can also park for free in the street or in the church square, a few meters away.
