The garden isn't overlooked, offering the privacy you need for an intimate family get together. The house benefits from upgrades such as underfloor heating, sensored night lights in the bathrooms and modern shutters, aswell as USB plug sockets. Convenient, modern and bright, this property is perfect for business travellers/conference guests/associates/contractors. Large sociable family island in the kitchen, complete with Neptune bar stools. A modern house with 1,851 ft squared of internal space. Guest access The whole house, excluding the garden room. There are two small steps in the garden, otherwise the garden is flat. Please note this house is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as there are 3 flights of stairs. No additional guests - maximum number of guests authorised is 6. Strictly no pets and no smoking anywhere on the premises. Any sign of smoking and a fine will be issued as it contravenes the house insurance schedule. Other things to note A maximum of 3 cars can be parked on the private driveway. The space closest to the house on both sides is left empty, as a turning point. Please note there is no EV charging on the premises. No parties, no barbeques and no smoking anywhere on the premises: this is listed as a non-smoking property. Nespresso CitiZ & Milk Coffee Machine by Magimix is available for guest use.
