FAQs Q: What time is the Check-in policy? A: We have onsite staff to help with the check-in process. Our standard check-in time is at 2:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready. As our team does not stand by the villa all the time, there will be a security team to assist you if you arrive late. Q: What time is the check-out policy? A: Our default check-out time is at 11:00 am. Late check-out is subject to availability and charged extra. Please note that for any late check-out between 12:00 pm – 18:00 pm, there's an additional charge of 50% from the daily rate. Any check-out after 17:00 pm will be charged at full-day rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you can ask our team to keep it too. Q: Do you offer Groceries / pre-stocking at the villa? A: We can assist in buying you groceries and pre-stock the fridge before your arrival, the service charge is IDR 200k, and IDR 150k for delivery. Please let our host know one day in advance. They will help you purchase the freshest ingredients in the market and prepare them at the villa. Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
