A bright and spacious 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of Przemyśl with a fantastic view of the old town. Situated in a traditional neighbourhood, just a 3-minute walk from the train and bus stations, and close to the main market square and charming town park, this apartment is perfect for professionals and holidaymakers. It also provides a comfortable space for demanding guests to work remotely. The space We offer a spacious apartment of 58 square meters, furnished in muted colours and using natural materials that provide a cosy atmosphere. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a renovated tenement house and is perfectly located. The windows and balcony offer beautiful views of the surrounding streets, the old town centre, and the castle hill. It is an ideal place for families, lovers of slow tourism, and people who need a little more comfort and space during business trips or remote work. The apartment is intended for a maximum of four adults (two couples) or parents with two children who can sleep together on a sofa bed. The apartment consists of a living room, a bright kitchen, a bathroom, a large bedroom, and a hallway. The living room can be arranged as an additional bedroom as it has internal blinds that separate it from the kitchen. Guests have access to two beds, including one standard large bed and a sofa bed with dimensions of 145x205 cm in the living room. Additionally, two hammocks in the apartment can be hung between the walls in the bedroom or living room. The apartment is equipped with a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi based on DOCSIS technology with a throughput of 280Mbps), a professional computer monitor (HP U28 4K HDR; 4K UHD 3840 x 2160, HDMI 2.0, USB Type-C 65W, DP Alt Mode, USB hub, DisplayPort 1.2) and Android TV Box / DVB-T2. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine with a dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, and an oven with a steam-cooking function. In exceptional situations, it is possible to arrange an earlier arrival or later departure, but it should be remembered that this is not always possible. The entire apartment is at your disposal, but sharing it with people who are not registered is not allowed. It is also necessary to enter the fourth floor by stairs, so we do not recommend reservations for people who are not prepared to carry their luggage up the stairs. Guest access The whole apartment will be at your disposal. Other things to note The apartment is located on the fourth (top) floor of a tenement building without an elevator. Therefore, please be prepared to climb stairs. We hope that the beautiful views of the old town centre from the windows and balcony of our apartment will compensate for this inconvenience. It is possible to arrange a second desk and a chair for a remote working couple.
