Offering the ideal getaway for families, friends or couples looking to unwind and recharge by the ocean. The space Nestled in the perfect location in beautiful Jan Juc, our home is just minutes away from the stunning clifftop Surf Coast Walk, as well as close proximity to Jan Juc’s Bob Petitt Park and Jan Juc Village which includes Swell Café, Bird Rock Hotel and The Beach Hotel. You'll also find a number of surf breaks within walking distance and other endless opportunities for exploration. Our property features an open-concept living and dining area, providing an ideal space for enjoying quality time with your loved ones. Large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light. After a day at the beach, you can unwind in the open lounge area, complete with a Smart TV and a fireplace to keep you cosy on cooler evenings. The kitchen includes a Smeg oven and cooktop (no microwave), along with a DeLonghi espresso coffee machine to help with those slow mornings. This opens out onto a deck for outdoor dining, with the garden including an outdoor firepit, sandpit for the kids, Webber BBQ, and hot outdoor shower for those trips back from the beach. All three bedrooms offer abundant natural light and are configured to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom comprises of a queen-size bed, walk-in-robe, and large ensuite, and opens out onto a front deck. The second bedroom consists of another queen bed, with a library of books for both adults and little ones to enjoy during their stay. The third bedroom consists of a bunk bed including a king-single on the base and long single on the top. The central bathroom offers a shower and bath, with a separate toilet/powder room. The laundry is nicely tucked away, with a washing machine included (no dryer). Please note bed linen and bath towels are provided, however, please BYO beach towels. Bedding Configuration Summary: Master Bedroom – Queen bed Bedroom two – Queen bed Bedroom three – Bunk bed (King single base/Long single top) **Please note the following: *We can offer both a cot and a highchair at no additional cost. *This is our family home, and as such, you may notice some wear-and-tear on our loved furniture, including some pieces crafted by us. *While the curtains in the master bedroom provides privacy, they do not completely block out 100% light or ensure complete privacy. *The kids/bunk room does not have any storage facilities, however there is plenty of storage space in the other two bedrooms to accommodate this if required. *With double-glazed windows to help keep our home cool in summer and warm in winter, we currently do not have air-conditioning, however there is a ceiling fan in the loungeroom, and we can offer portable fans for the bedrooms. *Smart TV access with own accounts, however no free-to-air viewing available. Guest access Guests will have full access to the home. External storage area in our shed is locked. Other things to note *You must agree to our terms and conditions to book this property. *All bookings are subject to approval from host. *Strictly no pets, parties, or smoking. * No air-conditioning currently available. Ceiling fan in lounge-room and portable fans available for bedrooms if required. * 2 cars maximum per stay can park in driveway. There is plenty of additional car space on the street for parking otherwise. *Firewood/kindling supplied to get you started - additional supplies to be purchased by guests.
