The key will be accessed via a secure lockbox on the front door. Other things to note **PLEASE CHECK OUT OUR OTHER LISTINGS - THE CORAL COTTAGE AND PALM PARADISE** NO pets allowed. NO on-street parking. Driveway has four parking spaces available. Trash collection is on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please place the trash cans at the curb the evening before. The home is outfitted with a security camera and locks. On-site smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector, emergency lighting, fire extinguisher. The home contains a hose in the back patio that can be used for washing off sand after a day at the beach. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. For the comfort of all residents in our community, NO noise audible outside the house after 10pm and before 8am. NO additional guests or visitors on the property other than those who have booked. NO SMOKING anywhere on the premises (including enclosed porches). Breaking these rules will result in immediate eviction from the property.
