Guest access Guests can use all the amenities available in the apartment, including coffee, tea, etc., as well as the equipment of the apartment (washing machine, hair dryer, iron, etc.) - unless otherwise stated in the description. We provide fresh linen and towels in a hotel standard. On request, we provide a portable baby cot. Other things to note We kindly ask you to abide by the House Regulations, mainly with regard to keeping quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. (it is absolutely forbidden to organize parties after 10:00 p.m.) and that smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Each breach of the regulations results in the commencement of the debt collection process by the booking portal and the collection of a deposit.
