Description

Seaside Cottage Stanwell Park is a fully self contained house with 2 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, lounge & dining room, front and back deck with a newly renovated kitchen located in Stanwell Ave, a quiet street right in the heart of Stanwell Park, only a couple of minutes easy walk to the beach, shops and cafes. The cottage is surrounded by bush and beach with spectacular escapement views from the front and back deck. Only 10mins walk to the station. The space Seaside Cottage has lots of charm and character, being one of the first houses built in Stanwell Park. It has a large sunny north facing enclosed backyard with stunning escarpment views towards Bald Hill and Stanwell tops where you can watch the hang gliders and para gliders from the back deck or simply enjoy the stunning view. If you have a family dog and like to take them on holidays with you we can accommodate well behaved dogs, as long as they are happy to sleep on their own bed and not on the lounge or guests bed. The pet fee is $45 per stay. The north end of Stanwell Park Beach is dog friendly all day with timed access on the rest of the beach. Guest access You have access and use of the whole house the front and fenced section of the back yard but not the garage. Well behaved dogs are welcome, the back yard is fully fence. There is a pet fee of $45 per stay. Other things to note Stanwell Park is a coastal village and northern suburb of Wollongong, NSW Australia. It is the northernmost point of the Illawarra coastal strip and lies only 5 minutes to the southern entry to Sydney's famous Royal National Park. If you enjoy hiking there's no shortage of spectacular walks in the Royal National Park or one of the many local walks within minutes of Stanwell Park. The seaside village of Stanwell Park is a hidden gem right in your own backyard. Home to stunning headlands and immaculate waterfront reserves, Stanwell Park is renowned for its picturesque scenery and beautiful beach. Whether it's spending a day relaxing at one of the many local beaches or walking to the Sea Cliff Bridge, swimming in the sea pools at Coalcliff, Wombarra, Coledale or Austinmer and all the way to Wollongong & beyone or visiting Kellys Falls at Stanwell Tops, there's plenty to do in and around the area. Drive or walk up to Bald Hill enjoy the views and watch the Paragliders and Hanggliders take flight, grab an ice cream or cuppa while your there. Just 15-10 mins towards Helensburgh is Symbio Wildlife Park the perfect day out for the kids. There's no shortage of unforgettable experiences to choose from during your stay in this relaxed coastal town. Just an hour's drive south of Sydney, Stanwell Park is a seaside paradise you simply have to experience for yourself.
