As the home of an art photographer, Matt, you'll find the space adorned with beautiful artwork from his collection, infusing it with character and charm. The open-plan living and dining area is perfect for relaxation and entertaining, while the quiet backyard is ideal for a laid-back barbecue. On the lower level, you'll discover two bedrooms, one of which could be transformed into an office space, play room, to suit your needs. A well-appointed bathroom with a shower and toilet is conveniently situated between these two rooms. Upstairs, the master bedroom awaits, complete with a private balcony, an ensuite bathroom, and a separate toilet for your convenience. Additional Features The house boasts a spacious backyard where you can unwind and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. An electric bicycle is available upon request, making it easy to explore Manly's scenic surroundings.
