Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Set amongst Ponderosa Pines, Mountain Views, and stunning sunrises/sunsets. The private apartment has a Murphy Bed, Twin loft beds, and a couch that makes out to a bed. The bathroom has a sauna and walk-in jacuzzi bathtub with shower wand. There is a place to sit outside of the apartment where you can watch the sunsets and see the horses. We have a petting zoo with goats, donkeys, chickens and ducks, located a short walk from the apartment. The space We recently converted part of our three car garage into living quarters. It is approximately 500 square feet with a Queen size Murphy bed, couch that converts to a queen size bed, ADA accessible bathroom with a water closet, jacuzzi tub, and sauna. There is a floor heater and entertainment center with an electric heater. The Smart TV has the local channels, Netflix and the Disney Channel. The driveway is 200 yards long and gets icy during the winter. An AWD or 4 wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended. Guest access The entrance door to the studio apartment is located under the black metal stairs and deck. There is a black trash can for your use located next to your parking space in front of the garage bay. The private entrance door on the first floor has a keyless entry. Other things to note We host RV camping during the summer months. The campsites are located at the entrance to our property. The six campsite span the first 100 yards of our driveway. Then you’ll drive past the petting zoo. Our brick home is located just past the petting zoo. There are 3 garage bays underneath our upstairs living quarters. The garage bay to the far left as your facing our home, was converted into living quarters. Park in front of the garage bay and enter the door underneath the metal stairs that says welcome. It should also be noted that you will need a AWD or 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter time to drive down our 200 yard driveway as it gets icy at times.
