Our property offers a 25 foot pond fully stocked with bass. We have trails on our property that can be used for walks and venture out. the NYS trails also connect from our property. Must follow gas line and obey Nys's state trail guidelines. ( From September 29,- January 30 the trails are not available due to hunting season per NYS The space This cabin is an open floor plan that allows our guest and friends to have panoramic views at all times in the cabin. beautiful oak and maple trees surround the property We have kept it rustic yet with all the amenities one would have at home. Full bathroom with stand ups shower plays pin for a small child. Other things to note Location is close to Gowanda 28 mins to Dunkirk Sea trail 15 mins from the reservation. Winter trails for snowmobile close by 5 mins from Perrysburg diner. NO Wi-Fi and also reception is iffy at times.
