Every level has a bathroom, 1/2 on main, full in master, (Please note, bathtub in master is a soaking tub. Jets currently do not work) full on top floor bedroom suite, 1/2 bath in basement. Each bedroom has a tv and seating area. Master suite with King bed on second level, Bedroom suite on top floor with 2 queen beds, Full size bed is on the lower level (basement) near a half bath. Loft style room on top floor with sofa turns into sleeper with tv (used to pass thru to get to Queen beds suite on top floor, Please note: Only room like this ) Basement also has 2 single sleepers (blue chairs) with bedding in laundry. Laundry room has washer/dryer (pods etc not included) Living room has 2 queen sofa sleepers available with bedding in a box in laundry area. Please absolutely No Smoking of any kind inside the house to include vaping. A $300 cleaning fine will be charged for violating this rule. 🌴 Guest access One Parking space available on driveway, pull all the way in up to garage door to not block sidewalk, additional free street parking. (Please do not block sidewalk when parking in driveway) Guests have access to entire home except attached garage and three locked closets for owners use only. Other things to note 2 Dogs max welcomed. No cats allowed. Please make sure to clean after your pets in the yard. There are bags available and a garbage can outside for your convenience. Home is inventoried before and after each guests checking in and upon checking out. Any missing/damaged items will be charged accordingly. Please leave furniture and items throughout home in its proper place. Do not rearrange furniture etc. All toiletries provided are complimentary to start your stay. (Please note…tub in master is currently a soaking tub, jets are not working) Any items left behind may be shipped upon request at your cost, minimum $20.00 service fee. May be more depending on items shipped. We will hold items for a week. Any items not claimed will be donated. Have a wonderful visit!
