The space Kitchen: Fully equipped with gas range, dishwasher, full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker with both single pods and 12 cup carafe (complementary coffee and hot chocolate included), electric tea kettle (complementary tea included), 4 slice toaster, blender, hand mixer, baking and cooking utensils/pans, and dishes/utensils, spices, paper towels, and trash bags. Dining Room: Open concept kitchen/dining room/living room including a dining table that seats 8 people with additional island bar seating. Living Room: Vaulted ceilings, recliner, large sectional that seats at least 8 people, smart tv, Sonos bluetooth speaker, and large windows that look outside. Bedroom 1/Master Bedroom: The entire top floor is dedicated to the master bedroom and bathroom. CA King size bed, recliner, plenty of drawer space, and unique Gold Country decor. Bathroom 1/Master Bathroom: Double sink, large jetted tub, stand up custom tile shower, makeup vanity. Bedroom 2: Main floor bedroom with queen bed, dresser, and USB charging ports. Bedroom 3: Main floor bedroom with two twin beds, dresser, and USB charging ports. Bathroom 2: Main floor bathroom with a stand up shower. Bedroom 4: Bottom level bedroom with queen bed and a sliding glass door that walks out to the bottom deck. Bathroom 3: Bottom level bathroom with a stand up shower. Game Room: Bottom level game room with sectional couch, smart tv, stand up arcade game with over 700 games, electronic dart board, Nintendo game system, DVD player, and a wide selection of board games and puzzles. Laundry Room: Two washer and dryers, iron and ironing board, complementary laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Deck: Gas grill with dedicated gas line, table and seating for 8 people. Garage: Two car garage with ping pong table and corn-hole game. Kids: Pac-N-Play, stand up high chair, kid toys, and games. Parking: Two car garage with additional parking for up to 5 cars in the driveway General: Free Wi-Fi, heating, cooling, keyless entry, and emergency backup generator (which you will need to start up and runs heat, internet and television only). **Please Note - There is an empty hot tub on the bottom floor deck that does not work. Cameras: For security, we have exterior cameras. We do not have any interior cameras. Guest access You will have full access to the house and garage. Other things to note There are amazing activities for all the seasons in the area. During the summer months enjoy fishing, swimming, and hiking at Tiger Creek Reservoir (4.3 miles), Silver Lake (35 miles), Lake Tabeaud (14 miles), Bear River Reservoir (26 miles), Shealor Lake (31 miles), and Caples Lake (40 miles). Immerse yourself in the gold country experience at Kennedy Gold Mine Tours (21 miles), and Roaring Camp Mining Company (10 miles). Explore Black Chasm Cavern National Park (8 miles), and Indian Grinding Rock State Historic Park (10 miles). There are also several wineries within a 30 minute drive (Avio Vineyards, Shake Ridge Ranch, Wine Tree Farm, Tabeaux Cellars, and more). During winter, Kirkwood Ski Resort is just 38 miles away.
