This spacious vacation home is located between Lake Como and the Valtellina valley, just 6 km from Colico. From here you can take the whole family and dog on wonderful tours around Lake Como or cycle directly into the Adda Valley. The 1000 square meter property is completely fenced and gives you the peace and quiet to travel with your dog. The 100 sqm apartment has enough space for 5 people, maximum 6. The space An external staircase leads to the front door of the villa and you enter the apartment directly via a small hallway. The entire apartment is then on one floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with every comfort and offers space for 6 people at the large corner table. In the living room there are 2 sofas and a large flat screen TV. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, one with a double and single bed and another with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, bidet, WC and washbasin. Two further showers are located in the basement between the garden and the garage. A staircase leads through the cellar to the garden, where you can sit outside, eat, play or relax. Guest access The vacation home with almost 1000 square meters of fenced property is exclusively available to our guests. An equally spacious garage belongs to the property as well as 2 further parking spaces outside the fence. Other things to note There is a bakery just a few meters walk from your accommodation where you can buy fresh bread and rolls at any time of the day.
