There is a large smart TV with fast internet and multiple streaming services (Netflix, Disney etc). You’ll love staying in this peaceful, clean property, with leafy views out to the garden. We are located close to the beach, Adelaide Airport, Westfield Marion shopping centre as well as on a bus route to Flinders University and Adelaide downtown. We are a one-minute walk to a fantastic public pool with water-slide (open in the summer months). There is a car parking space off the street and plenty of free parking in the street next to the house. The ground floor of the property features a modern light filled kitchen and open plan living area looking out to the alfresco dining space and private secure courtyard garden. There is also a full laundry and convenient second toilet on this floor. Upstairs are 2 lovely guest bedrooms, both with plush carpets, extremely comfortable beds and quality bedlinen. A sparking full bathroom with separate bath, shower and toilet also services these bedrooms. All linen and towels are provided for your stay, however you may wish to bring beach towels if you plan to visit the pool, water park or beach. You're welcome to borrow our pool noodles! Both bedrooms feature mirrored floor to ceiling robes which allow for plenty of storage and clothes hanging space. Guests enjoy full access to the kitchen, dining area, laundry and fully enclosed secure back garden. Also included in your stay are those necessities like washing powder, shampoo, conditioner, soap, salt, pepper, tea and coffee. There are many amenities: fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer to help you feel at home! Guest access During your stay you will have access to the entire property other than one bedroom upstairs and the garage which is reserved for the host (however she will not be present during your stay). Please see the floorplan shown in photos which depicts the property layout. For bookings of 1-2 guests, we will prepare Bedroom 1 for you, with a comfortable QUEEN bed. For bookings of more than 2 guests we will also prepare bedroom 2, with a comfortable DOUBLE bed and an additional SINGLE floor mattress available on request.
