There are 3 double rooms in the house with 6 beds, in addition to the possibility for 2 children to sleep on mattresses on the floor. The house has 2 living rooms, a bathroom with a spa and a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table. The house has a newly built terrace from 2025 and a lovely enclosed garden for children and animals. There are plenty of games for children and playful adults. Here you can enjoy family fun and tranquility in nature. The space On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, electric kettle and coffee machine as well as a large dining table with high chair. Squeeze an orange juice, bake a cake or just enjoy your morning coffee. In the living room there is a TV and DVD player and a lovely view of the garden and the large birch trees. There is a large bathroom with a hot tub and a nice large shower. In addition, there is a romantic double bedroom with large closets, and there is also a baby crib. In the laundry room there is a washing machine and dryer. There is a wood-burning stove as well as air for the air heat pump. In the bathroom and kitchen there is underfloor heating. On the 1st floor, there is a large bright living room with TV. Here you can go out on the balcony/terrace and enjoy the Danish summer weather, in addition there are 2 good double rooms. In the living room there is a large cabinet with lots of board games and puzzles. There are also books and DVD movies for all ages in the house. There are duvets and pillows for 8 people in the house. There is both a crib and a high chair in the house as well as plastic tableware for smaller children. Around the house is our large newly-built terrace from 2025. Here you can find both sun and shade spots throughout the day. There is also a gas grill and a kettle grill. The garden is enclosed with fences and plants almost all the way around, so the garden is nice and private. However, smaller dogs will be able to get out of the garden under the fence at the carport. In the garden you will find a trampoline with nets around it, a playhouse and a large swing set. There are many flowering bushes in the garden and lots of bird life, also pheasants, hares and occasionally passers-by. The house invites you to have fun, family time and play both in sunshine and on a rainy day. Choose this place to have family time and enjoy the tranquility of a beautiful area where you can see stars at night and hear the birds during the day. From 2025, water and electricity are included in the rent. Guest access The house is rented so you have access to all rooms in the house. We often use the house ourselves and hope you will treat it with the same respect as your own house. Possibility of check-in 24/7 via key box. The house is not rented out to youth groups. Other things to note About 1 km from the house you will find Randers Fjord and the small ferry dock at Udbyhøj where there is a sauna and most of the year also a bathing jetty. Here you can fish and take the ferry to the opposite side where there is a beach. On weekends and throughout the summer, you can buy ice cream, burgers and fries in a small barbecue bar by the harbor. Husker is located about 13 km from Ørsted, which is the nearest town with shopping, a movie theater, a pizzeria and a bakery. Djurs Sommerland is about 35 minutes by car. Randers is about 30 minutes by car from the cottage.
