Welcome to our vintage-style home, perfectly situated in the heart of Jonesboro. This cozy two-bedroom, one-bathroom house offers easy access to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and more. Located one mile from Arkansas State University, two miles from St. Bernards Med Center, and 3.5 miles from NEA Baptist Hospital, it's an ideal spot for convenience and comfort. Please note, while we previously accepted pets, due to a recently diagnosed medical condition we are now unable to do so. The space Our cozy single-story home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our guests will enjoy access to the entire house and backyard, with the exception of the garage and housekeeping closet. The backyard includes a table with four chairs. The living room features comfortable seating, a 50-inch smart TV, and a small desk. Our bookshelf offers a variety of reading materials and you'll find board games and cards in the hall closet to enjoy during your stay. Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and meal prep, including utensils, pots, pans, silverware, dishes, a toaster, a Keurig coffee maker, a traditional coffee maker, and an electric tea kettle. We’ve also pre-stocked basic supplies to get you started, including paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, all-purpose cleaning spray, and hand sanitizer, along with coffee pods, tea bags, sweetener, and creamer. The laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, drying rack, laundry basket, lint roller, and a few complimentary laundry pods. In the bathroom, fresh towels, washcloths, hand towels, a bath mat, and a hair dryer are provided. You'll also find essentials like toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, along with a Squatty Potty for added convenience. The first bedroom offers a king bed with a plush memory foam mattress topper and cotton sheets. It includes room-darkening curtains, a 43-inch smart TV, a dresser, bedside lighting, a sound machine, luggage racks, and a closet with hangers for your convenience. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed with a hybrid memory foam/coil mattress and cotton sheets. It also includes a 40-inch smart TV, room-darkening curtains, bedside lighting, a sound machine, luggage racks, and a closet with hangers. Ceiling fans are installed in the living room and both bedrooms for your comfort. Guest access Our guests will have access to the entire house and backyard, with the exception of the garage and housekeeping closet. Additionally, both of our two driveways are available for parking.
