New apartment, modern, high quality & fully equipped

Our bright basement apartment - with large window front facing south - was lovingly renovated by us, is equipped with high quality and is inviting for relaxation. Sindelfingen and Böblingen can be reached in a few minutes. The Mercedes factory is less than 5 minutes away by car. Stuttgart, the Black Forest and the Schönbuch Nature Park are 30 minutes away by car and are always worth a trip. We look forward to seeing you! The space The apartment consists of a living/dining room with fully equipped kitchenette, a separate bedroom with double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. A sofa in the living room with a comfortable sleeping function offers additional space for one to two people to stay overnight. For entertainment, a smart TV with popular apps such as YouTube, PrimeVideo, etc. as well as AppleTV are available. Normal TV reception in HD quality runs via T-Home, which also makes many international channels available. The apartment has Wi-Fi and full-area underfloor heating. A baby crib and highchair are available as needed. This cozy apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just minutes from the town center. Shops serving everyday needs such as a bakery, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. are a few minutes' walk away. By bus and train, destinations in Sindelfingen, Böblingen and Stuttgart are easily accessible. About 50 meters from the apartment is a bus stop for connection to public transport. Likewise, the Aibachgrund is about 100 meters away: A popular park with rare animals and exotic plants has developed over the decades from a former quarry. This invites you to linger on the green meadow or for an evening walk. For our little guests, there is a great playground that invites them to great adventures. The apartment is ideally suited as a starting point to work in the region or to enjoy the wonderful surrounding landscape. Guest access The apartment has its own access including a covered vestibule where bicycles or strollers can also be parked dry. The parking space belonging to the apartment is right in front of the apartment entrance. You are welcome to receive the key directly from us or, if we are not on site, we will deposit it with you.
