Our family-friendly house is very private and cozy. It is also 100% fenced-in with a big yard to let the kids run & play without worry. The second unit might be occupied during your stay. There is a pivacey fence in the front yard and in the back separating the two units and it has its own entrance and parking off of Bert St. The entire front yard through the side yard are for your use and enjoyment. Please reference the pictures to get an idea of the yard. Guest access The fence has an entrence off of the parking area with can fit 3 cars. You will get a code to use on the smart lock to get into the house. You will have access to the entire property except the garage and 2nd unit yard/parking. Other things to note FYI, if you were planning to use the kayaks shown on our property, we won't be able to accommodate you due to liability issues. Instead, we have teamed up with “Red Beard Boats” who rents kayaks and other watercraft to the public. They are on the river and even have a swimming hole to use. You can find them online by entering their business name in your favorite search engine and let them know “Seguin Farmhouse” sent you. One last thing. There is a vacant house for sale next door and a couple of older homes accross the street.
