Located just a 3 minute walk from the Kure Beach boardwalk, several beach accesses, the Kure Beach Fishing Pier & Shop, 3 restaurants, a coffee shop. Just a few minutes drive to historic Fort Fisher & CB. The space This is a charming 1100 square foot beach bungalow, tastefully done with modern upgrades and comfort in mind. This home can comfortably accommodate 7 guests, it has two full bathrooms, large kitchen/dining area, and a comfortable living room area. There is plenty of space to park 3-4 vehicles (of all sizes), we also have a NEMA 14-50 socket (for EV vehicles, you will need to bring your own charging cord to charge your vehicle at the property). This is a perfect place for family to disconnect or reconnect at the scenic Kure Beach. Other things to note You must be 25 years old to rent. This is a NON SMOKING (and vaping) home, this includes the front porch as well. You will have the following items to help you feel at home: 1 roll of paper towels 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom garbage bags dishsoap dishwasher pods laundry pods hand soap Sponge After you use what we have supplied you, it is up to you to purchased whatever else you may need for you stay. Coverlets for all beds Sheets for all beds one towel/wash cloth per guest hand towels for bathroom and kitchen. We understand accidents happen, we provide our own linens, they are inspected by our linen team and cleaning team before and after each guest. If the linens are damaged during your stay you will be charged the following per item: Bath towels $5 (each) Fitted sheet: $5 (each) Flat sheet: $5 (each) Pillow cases: $3 (each) Coverlets: $20 (each) Mattress toppers/protector: $20 (each). We appreciate you, please treat our home like your own! This year we are happy to offer beach towel bundles and a beach bag. This is NOT included in your linen and cleaning fee, so if you choose to use them you must wash, dry and fold them prior to checking out. We hope you enjoy!
