The space This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is located in the mountain side community of Chontales, Puntarenas. On the main floor you'll find a grand front entry and large open concept kitchen and living area. The chef's kitchen features a 10' island, a full size fridge, induction cooktop and all of the utensils and accessories you could need or want. In the living area, settle in on oversized sectional to watch the 65" flatscreen TV. Included is access to all popular streaming networks which offers 800+ channels for movies and TV shows. Adjacent to the kitchen is the half bath and separate laundry room complete with a stacked front load washer and dryer. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors invite you through to the outdoor dining area and BBQ. The covered patio connects seamlessly to the infinity edge pool and adjoining sun deck where you'll get unobstructed ocean views. Also on the main floor are the primary and secondary suites. Both suites feature plush king sized beds with high end linens, built in custom cabinetry and private ensuites. The primary ensuite features a bonus oversized soaker tub and separate water closet. On the second floor is the loft, boasting a bunk bed and roll-out hide away mattress, and third bedroom. This room has two single beds that can also be converted into a single king sized bed and walks out into another full bathroom. Other things to note Casa Serenidad is located in a remote mountainside community called Chontales. If getting away from the noise of construction and light pollution is what you're after then this is the perfect place for you. PLEASE NOTE: - The nearest restaurant and shopping center is about 30 minutes away by car. - The closest airport is San Jose which is a 4-6 hour drive depending on traffic. Or you could opt to take a 30 minute domestic flight into Quepos and drive the remaining 1.5 hours from there. - Power outages can happen. We provide a battery back up for the wifi should the power go down so you can stay connected with your host. - Cell service is limited in our area. Kolbi is the most reliable provider for international plans however, please be prepared that service may be spotty throughout our community.
