At MY STAY, we want to give our guests the opportunity to consciously perceive the moment again. This starts in the morning with the preparation of your hand-filtered pour-over coffee overlooking the beautiful Chiemgau mountains, is reflected in the wonderful leisure and sports facilities right at your doorstep, such as cycling, hiking, relaxing on Lake Chiemsee, goes hand in hand with offers of games and books about mindfulness and communication in our accommodations and ends in the evening in our feather-soft organic textile mattresses, which will let you review the day and give you a restful night of hotel quality. The two separate living units are located on the 1st and 2nd floors and can accommodate up to 4 people with 2 rooms each. Children will also enjoy books, games and painting and allow adults moments of serenity. For a stay with children, there are also toys, but also useful items such as a travel or side bed as well as a high table. - Spacious apartments with 73 and 78 square meters - Fully equipped including useful utensils for children - Washing machine can be used free of charge - Large bathroom with shower and bathtub - Bus station with connection to Lake Chiemsee, as well as to Reit im Winkl right in front of the property So that our environment also enjoys us and the guests, we pay attention to sustainability as far as possible in terms of furnishings, materials and equipment. In the two vacation apartments "Glücksbringer" and "Momentesammler," which are located directly on the "Sepp'nbauer" adventure farm, you will find everything you need for a carefree and relaxing stay. The fully equipped apartments are individually & high-quality furnished in a modern country house style. Our free organic teas from "Herbaria," as well as our fresh, regional coffee from the "Art Caffe" manufactory, ensure a relaxed, enjoyable start to the day. The accommodation was completed with a lot of love only at the end of 2023 and is located above the farm shop in a new building on the 1st and 2nd floor. Balconies with a view are available in every apartment. A little note: We are not the operators of the farm! Farm tours take place once a week, always on Fridays at 2 pm with advance notice.
