MY STAY: Adventure farm between Chiemsee and Bergen

A very special experience: The two apartments are located directly on the "Sepp'n-Bauer" adventure farm at Lake Chiemsee - a wide variety of animals from small to large, farm tours, carriage rides and much more. Here, relaxation in nature is combined with unforgettable moments on an agricultural estate! With farm shop on the first floor. These are two separate apartments in the same house that can be booked together for larger groups of guests. MY STAY lets moments live! The space MY STAY brings moments to life! Newly built house, high-quality, luxurious furnishings throughout the entire accommodation from the point of view of sustainability - Arrival & feel good! At MY STAY, we want to give our guests the opportunity to consciously perceive the moment. This starts in the morning with the preparation of your hand-filtered Pour-Over coffee overlooking the beautiful Chiemgau mountains, is reflected in the wonderful leisure and sports facilities right on your doorstep, such as cycling, hiking, relaxing on Lake Chiemsee, with offers of games and books about mindfulness and communication in our accommodations, and ends in our feather soft biotextile mattresses that will reflect on the day and will give you a restful night in hotel quality. The two separate residential units are located on the 1st and 2nd floors and each offer enough space for up to 4 people with 2 rooms. Children will also enjoy books, games and painting and allow the adults moments of serenity. For a stay with children, there are additional toys, but also useful items such as a travel bed or extra bed as well as a high table. - Spacious apartments with 73 and 78 sqm - Fully equipped including useful utensils for children - Washing machine can be used free of charge - Large bathroom with shower and bathtub - Bus station with connection to Lake Chiemsee, as well as to Reit im Winkl right in front on the property So that our environment also enjoys ourselves and the guests, we pay attention to sustainability in the furnishings, materials and equipment as much as possible. In the two holiday apartments "Glücksbringer" and "Momentesammers", which are located directly on the experience court "Sepp 'nbauer", you will find everything you need for a worry-free and relaxing stay. The fully equipped apartments are individually furnished & of high quality in modern country house style. Our free organic teas from "Herbaria", as well as our fresh, regional coffee from the "Art Caffe",make for a relaxed, enjoyable start to the day. The accommodation was not completed with a lot of love until the end of 2023 and is located above the farm shop in a new building on the 1st and 2nd floor. Balconies with wide views are available in each apartment. A small note: We are not the operators of the farm! On-site offers such as farm tours, carriage rides or watching/stroking animals cannot be guaranteed. Prices and availability are set by the operators. Hope tours take place once a week, always on Fridays at 2 pm with advance notice.
