Our guesthouse has a Great Room with a sectional sofa , 65 inch smart TV & a desk for working from home. 1 Bedroom with a queen bed & 30 inch smart TV. 1 bathroom with a large luxury tiled shower . A fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances ,a dining table (seating for 2), an island with an eating bar( seating for 2), a coffee/wine/tea bar ,a laundry closet as well as a private patio.This home is located on the back of our private residence with its own private entrance. The space Relax & unwind in our open floor plan modern guest suite. It was newly built in 2020. Our property is located a 1 to 2 min walk from the main beach at Pacific City(Cape Kiwanda), Pelican Pub, Stimulus Coffee Bakery, Doryland Pizza, Ben & Jeffs Burgers & Tacos, Moment Surf Shop & fine dining at Meridian Restaurant & Bar. Guest access The private residence is a duplex . Residence owners /hosts live in the upstairs portion of the duplex. Guests will have access to the lower level residence which has its own separate private entrance & patio area. There are no shared spaces except the driveway/ parking area. There is an outdoor warm water beach/surf shower available as well. Other things to note Our guest suite is fully furnished with everything you should need for your stay other than your own cosmetics, clothes & personal effects. It will not accommodate any of your own furniture or appliances or decor. We have decorated & furnished the space completely so the wear & tear of move in/move out is mitigated. There is only 1 designated parking space allotted . If additional parking is needed , additional communication with hosts will be necessary.
