Other things to note • One complimentary valet parking spot available. • Due to the time involved in the association approval process, booking must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date for this property. • There is a $100.00 application fee per occupant, and all applications must be in 14 days before the date of check-in. • Pets are not permitted in this residence. • Bookings over 6 days will require one mid-week clean of $400 plus tax, every 6 days to maintain the quality of the unit. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change.
