The ranch has more than 10 hectares, near the main tourist attractions, Penedo, Mauá, Pedra selada and fumaça. Here you will find the perfect place to relax and connect with nature. The land and house have private access to the forest, waterfall, lake, swimming pool, waterfall, gourmet area with a wood-burning stove, barbecue, pizza oven, and shower, all just for you. The entire electrical network is underground. So your stay in our little paradise will be unforgettable. The space The house has four bedrooms, all with televisions and beds, amounting to four double beds and one single bed. Two of the bedrooms are suites. The bathrooms have excellent showers, and you can use either the hot water boiler or the electric one. There are three bathrooms, all very comfortable. The house has a pantry, a dining room with an eight-seater table, and a fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen there is a smokeless wood-burning stove with an oven, for sharing unforgettable moments with delicious food, using a good set of cast iron pans. The outside of the house is comfortable and uniquely beautiful, with a covered veranda going all the way around the house, wooden benches, and tables in the middle of trees full of orchids and bromeliads. In addition, there is a swimming pool with a waterfall, a gourmet area with a wood-burning stove, a pizza oven and a barbecue, a shower, and an elevated area ( terrace) with benches in the square, for good conversation and total relaxation. Near the house, there is a lake, a waterfall with a natural pool, a stream, and a soccer field. Great for relaxing and being totally immersed in nature, as they are close to preserved forests. Guest access Access for visitors is unbeatable. Close to the Presidente Dutra highway, the ranch has a paved road to the house. Everyone is welcome in this paradise. Other things to note The ranch is monitored by cameras and has internet access. This way, visitors have security and internet access at all time.
