Other things to note ● The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. ● This property can accommodate up to 14 guests per local regulations. Infants under 2 are not included in this count, allowing up to 3 additional infants beyond the maximum guest limit DOG FEE: ● $100 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. We allow a maximum of 3 dogs per booking, and we have the right to decline dogs based on breed or age. The appropriate fees will be requested once final approval has been confirmed. COMMUNITY AMENITIES - Enjoy Split Rock Resort's public amenities (pay as you go): ● H2O Indoor Waterpark - You can purchase tickets at the Waterpark Front Desk - $38 Day pass for visitors over 42" tall - $33 Day pass for visitors below 42" tall - Children ages 2 & under are free ● Bowling Alley - $10 per person per game - Children under 10 years old only pay $2 per child, per game ● Redemption Arcade - Load up your gaming cards at the front desk ● Bars & Restaurants - Enjoy a variety of unique taste experiences from seven (7) bars/restaurants ● Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID. ● Eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee. ● A damage waiver fee ($50) is included for all reservations. Most channels add this upfront. Others do not have this capability, and it will be manually added to the invoice once the reservation is confirmed. ● Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free. ● NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Lake Harmony Market, The Hub, Ahart's Market & Dollar General ● We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank ● When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice.
