The house is about 300 m. - 5' walk from the sea (many different beaches with sand, pebble and tiny rocks, clean & blue water) with easy & safety access, in a very beautiful and peaceful surrounding with many beautiful forest trails. Several sightseeing sites which you can reach by foot. The property is close both to Athens and to the International Airport, to Rafina & Lavrio Ports to have a daily trip to nearest Islands. The archeological site and museum of Vravrona with the sanctuary of Artemis is located at a 3 min. ride, 2km by pathway threw the unique Natura Wetpark of Attica with wild birds. Also the touristic port-town of Porto Rafti is only 5 km away. Guest access One free drive to the bus station direction Athens Acropolis. One free drive to the Atrmis Temple and museum. Free parking at the property entrance. Free access to the gym or playground, all day except the silent hours. The jacuzzi is not open all the period of season. A request is needed for preparation and using. It's only for relaxing time. A request is needed before use of the BBQ or Wood Oven in the yard for preventing forest fire. You are requested to be cautious (especially for your safety) as in the courtyard there are a few stairs and many statues. Don't leave children alone in the garden, especially for non visiting the roof of the house. All the windows and doors are disposed of nets for occasional insects (mosquitoes), although insect repellents are used every week. In the drawer, you have extra pillows and blankets.
