The space Separated into a main house and a guest suite, we live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. -------- 1 Bedroom: Queen Bed, Sleeper Sofa (full) in the living room. Kitchenette: Full refrigerator, microwave, single-serve coffee maker w/ K-Cups, hot plates, air fryer, toaster, and dishwasher. Indoor Living: 1 Smart TV, Free High Speed Wi-Fi, washer & dryer, laundry detergent, iron & board, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, towels & linens, hangers. Outdoor living: backyard with patio and private dock for swimming. Accessibility: Private entrance. 1 step to enter the guest suite. Parking: Right side of the driveway (1 vehicle) as marked by a parking cone and a “welcome” sign. -------- We aim to provide a peaceful and scent-neutral environment to ensure that each guest experiences a healthy, comfortable, and enjoyable stay with us. Burning, vaporizing, smoking, diffusing, or cooking anything that leaves a distinct odor after your departure or finding any drugs or evidence of partying violates this policy and will result in a $250 restoration fee.
