Welcome to Chicago! We're located 15 minutes from downtown Chicago, located in the Uptown neighborhood, near restaurants, super markets and a couple of blocks from the CTA Red Line train. Our condo is designed for your comfort with all the amenities you would need during your stay along with one free parking spot located in outdoor parking lot. Perfect for a business trip, mini getaway, family vacation to relax and feel at home! The space I want to ensure everyone who stays at my place feels like they are at home and can settle right in, so I provide the following amenities to all my guests: - Unit is on the second floor, with one dedicated outdoor parking spot The parking spot will fit up to a mid-size SUV. If you are bringing a larger vehicle, please let me know before you book to see if it can be accommodated. -Professionally designed space with modern furniture. -My cleaners are professionally trained and follow a tightly regimented cleaning and sanitizing checklist. -Fresh towels and linens that are laundered after each stay by cleaning staff -Smart TV in the living room -3 Bedrooms. Each bedroom has a large king/queen size bed Master Bedroom - King bed with dedicated Master Bathroom 1st Guest Bedroom - Queen bed 2nd Guest Bedroom - Queen bed, this bedroom is located across the hallway and offers privacy -Brand new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, including fridge, microwave, stove/oven range, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle and toaster -Fully Stocked Kitchen: dinnerware, utensils, cutlery, cutting board, drinking glasses, basic spices, pots & pans, wine opener, etc. -Bathrooms are stocked with towels, toilet paper, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your use. Each bathroom has a hair dryer. -In unit washer and dryer -Iron and ironing board -Luggage rack and hangers Guest access -It will be self check in. -Unit is located on the second floor. -We have in-unit laundry. You may use it at your convenience. Other things to note -We will try our best, but Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate, especially during the summer. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day. -No parties, noise or loud music. We have cancelled reservations due to complaints in the past. -Quiet hours must be observed from 10pm to 8am -No smoking. In the event that the unit is smoked in, there will be an automatic $500 cleaning & deodorizing fee applied. -Guest should be mindful to not run or walk hard in the apartment to not disturb other tenants. -Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation will be canceled. -Bath towels are provided per number of guests not per number of stay -We have duvet covers on our beddings (no top sheets). -A Security Deposit may be required on some bookings. -If there's an issue during your stay, please report it real time so we can address it right away. -Pets are allowed: Small Dogs or Cats at $50 per pet, per stay Registration Details R23000096320
