The house is equipped with a kitchen, gourmet area, barbecue area beside the pool, swimming pool with Jacuzzi, TV room and living room, TV loungers in the pool area. The house has 2 floors, with 4 en-suites in the front house and 2 en-suites in the back house. All rooms have air-conditioning, and the entire house has Wi-Fi network. The space The house is located in the central area of Condomínio Morada da Praia, 100 meters from the bakery, butcher shop, market, pharmacy, pizzeria and ice cream parlor. The entire house was renovated in November of this year, 2020. The house was painted inside and out, the external floor of the barbecue area was changed, ALL the appliances and electronics of the house were changed, all the air-conditioners of the house were changed and others were added, (the accommodation offers air-conditioning in all bedrooms and TV room).
