This duplex, on the second and top floor of a beautiful building without elevator, 90 m² + Terrace is located in the hyper center of Montpellier, 1 minute walk from Gare Saint-Roch and 4 minutes walk from Place de la Comédie. It has a beautiful terrace which is very rare in this area. The apartment is air-conditioned. Tramway lines 1 and 4 are within a 2-minute walk. Parking is available on the streets (for a fee from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.). The space It has just been renovated! Initially a painter's studio, I transformed it into a magnificent Duplex. The accommodation is located at the crossroads of the city's 4 tram lines. All amenities are within walking distance. The apartment has internet with fiber optic. Linens are provided. All you have to do is put your bags down! - Access by car: Parking is available in the surrounding streets (pay parking from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. except Sundays and public holidays) - Check-in and check-out: It's imperative that tenants leave the apartment before 11 a.m. Once the booking is made, I will tell you how you will be welcomed (either I will give you the keys or you will check-in independently with a key locker 30 meters from the door of the building). - Housekeeping: cleaning is done between each tenant. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS! Please be mindful of noise after 10pm. Please indicate the correct number of people staying in the accommodation No extra guests. Beware of the skylights (roof window). If they remain open when it rains, this damages the parquet floor and the amenities in the apartment. Any damage to the apartment whatsoever will result in a dispute via the booking platform. For Pets, only assistance dogs are allowed. No pets allowed. Except for small dogs (under 10 kg) and cats.
