Bathroom • Hot and Cold shower • Complimentary toiletries set (shampoo w/ conditioner, body soap, hand soap, dental kit, toilet paper) • Fresh bath towels Guest access Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check in Anytime after 3:00 PM and Check out Before 11:00 AM Pre-Registration Requirements: For your convenience and security, please provide a passport or 1x1 size photo and a valid ID at least 3-5 days before your check-in. This information is needed to issue your personal Elevator Access Card, which also gives you access to our building amenities. Note: This card is exclusively for your use and is non-transferable. A non-compliance fee of Php10,000 may be imposed by the building administration. Key Collection: Your keys are waiting for you in the mailbox on the 4th floor, near the admin office. Please remember to return them there when you check out. Elevator Access Card: You can collect your access card at the reception. Just show your identification and you're all set! Parking Information: While we don't have on-site parking, there are convenient pay parking areas nearby. - Rates typically range from Php50-60 for the first 3 hours. Other things to note During your stay Price is for 2 guests. Maximum of 4 guests. Additional Php500 for 3rd & 4th guest Directory of building facilities and amenities G/F Reception 2/F Business Center 4/F Function Room Terra 5/F Swimming Pool, Pool Bar, Playground, Function Room Aqua Note on the use of amenities: All amenities are complimentary for only one adult guest and children below 7 years old. An additional fee of Php250 applies for each extra person. Please be sure to wear proper swimming attire. Before you leave - Trash should be packed clean and tight. Though not required, it is appreciated if trash is disposed. - Turn things off (please switch off all lights) - Return keys and access card in the mailbox (4th floor near Admin office). Rebooking Policy You can only rebook once and can only rebook 12 days before check-in date. Refund Policy Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellation made within 6 days of check-in. Penalties: 1. If you book for 2 guests and arrive with more than 2, you will have to pay Php500/guest per night. 2. If guest counts exceeds 4 guests you will not be permitted in the property and no refunds will be issued. 3. If any evidence, trace or smell of cigarette smoking inside unit including bathroom Php500 will be charged to the person who made the reservation. 4. The access card is exclusively for your use and is non-transferable. A non-compliance fee of Php10,000 may be imposed by the building administration.
