Stay in the centre of the action in this one-of-a-kind property. The accommodation will provide a relaxed and cosy experience, I will be helpful as I can with information about the town or if they wanted to experience any of the wonderful eateries Carmarthen has to offer. All areas on the inside and outside of the house are welcomed to be used. Our home is very clean and has a very comfortable cosy feel, which I think is important for any guest being away from home. Breakfast can be requested The space INSIDE Bedroom with: Double bed, large chest of draws, hanging rail and a T.v. (with an Amazon Fire-stick). Bathroom: shared with myself and daughter. Includes power shower over a deep bath, set of draws, radio and two mirrors. Toilet: Separate from the bathroom upstairs also one downstairs. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, air-fryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery included. Fully working washing machine/dryer also for use. Sung/office: Back room with large t.v, (with an Amazon Fire-stick), couch, dining table and desk top computer/ printer also for use. Living room: Two large couches, large t.v (with Sky) and coffee tables. All areas on the inside of the house are welcomed to be used. Myself and my daughter, oh and not to forget our very friendly fluffy dog Popcorn are happy to welcome guests into our home. The property has a very large back garden, with a Hot Tub to use, Barbeque facilities, seating area, dining table and has a very magical vibe at night. Parking available at the front of the property on an enclosed drive. Two working doors with locks to enter the property, one at the front and one at the rear. House is situated in a quiet cul-de –sac, walking distance from Carmarthen Town, 5 minute walk to a bus stop for the Glangwilli Bus Route. During your stay On arrival I would like the guests to arrive at the property by 6pm and on departure I would like the student leave by 11am. I will be offering breakfast or even an evening meal depending on the guests. I love cooking and it will be nice to provide this service if desired. If the guest wish to be private we can also accommodate for that preference also.
