Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: * No outside guests or animals - or risk forfeiture of deposit. * Max 6 people, 4 people included (extra guests are $85/night) * As a rule, you can only use the washer and dryer for stays 5 days or over Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Policy: Guests may request an early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee of $130 each, which grants up to 2 extra hours. If both early check-in and late check-out are requested, the total fee is $260. All requests are subject to availability and must be approved in advance.
