Family only. 8 minutes from the Boulevard of Asia. Only 14 people are allowed. The house has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a terrace on the 3rd floor with a small pool, sun and shade and a barbecue area. Kitchen, oven, refrigerator, water heater, washing machine, cable TVs and electrical appliances. Own parking. Parking for guests inside the condominium subject to availability. No pets are allowed. Includes sheets. Does not include towels, soap, shampoo or detergent. The space Third floor with a swimming pool and barbecue area.
