HHouse - Sauna, playground and pure nature

1500 sqm of private land away from the hustle and bustle, you will feel the magic of silence and comfort. Our 142 sqm house offers 4 independent bedrooms, a spacious living room with kitchen, two bathrooms and two charming terraces. The house was designed in the modern farmhouse style. You can spend cool evenings in our sauna, and hot days will become pleasantly refreshing thanks to the air conditioning that is in every room. It's more than a home - it's an oasis of peace, good taste and comfort. Welcome! The space The house is divided into 2 zones. The living area is a huge living room with a large kitchen of 60 sq m with access to two terraces. One of the 25 sqm terraces is sunny on the south side and the other wooden terrace is roofed and located on the west side, it is about 60 sqm. The living room is 4.7 m high, which gives a sense of a large space. The second part of the house is 4 bedrooms of 13 - 14 m2, two bathrooms and a corridor. One of the bathrooms has a sauna and there is also an exit to the terrace. For our guests, the kitchen has 2 large refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, a washer-dryer, an oven, kitchen robots and a full set of cutlery, pots, pans, knives, plates, glasses, etc. On the wooden terrace, there are two tables (for 12 people), chairs and a BroilKing gas grill. On the southern terrace there is a lounge set. In the living room and bedrooms, you have air conditioning in case of hot weather. The garden is mowed every day by an automatic lawn mower. Our carefully designed playground offers plenty of fun and movement for children of all ages. There is a large bird's nest, two swings, a climbing ladder, a fireman's pole, a climbing net, a cozy hammock and bars for pull-ups and dips. It's the perfect place to run, climb, swing and relax – in the heart of nature! Guest access Guests can use the entire house exclusively. The only rooms to which they do not have access are the technical room and the technical attic.
